Please try the following if you are having log in issues.

Clear your Internet Browser's Cache.
For Windows: Press the following keys together: Ctrl Shift Del
For Mac: Press the following keys together: Command Shift Del
Be sure to select all boxes including: CACHE (Cached images and files), COOKIES (Cookies and other site data).
Check that the option for TIME RANGE is Clear Everything or Clear All Time. Actual wording varies by browser.
Click on CLEAR NOW Button or OK Button
Once this is complete, be sure to Close ALL Open Browser Windows and try logging in again
